TaxBreak Letter From Our CEO

By admin • 10 January 2015 •

phpjSVnDaAMI foremost want to extend my very sincere and heartfelt thank you for your loyalty, business and friendship over these last 13 years.  It is because of you, and the commitment of our staff that TaxBreak continues to grow and create new relationships every day.  We look forward to continuing to work with each and every one of you for the next 13 years and beyond.

Secondly I would like to provide a brief update regarding the status of the WOTC program.  As many of you know WOTC is currently in hiatus as Congress has not yet passed a new bill extending the program.  TaxBreak is actively involved in communicating the importance of this program for our clients, and feels encouraged that in the next 60 days there will be positive progress based on the most recent news reports.  I again urge you to remember that history has demonstrated that when hiatuses cease, all tax credits are made retroactive, so please continue to process as normal.  Our operations are still running at full capacity, as we do not want any of you to lose a solitary tax credit or financial opportunity due your company.  We encourage each one of you to reach out to your Congress person(s) and let them know of your support for the WOTC program renewal.

Beyond our commitment to continue current operations, we are also committed to expanding our service offerings and technologies to better serve our clients. In coming months we will be releasing our upgraded client and partner portals which include expanding our reporting capabilities, and providing an improved new user interface making navigation even easier and more efficient.  Lastly, we are all also preparing for the migration to electronic signature submissions numerous states will soon be utilizing, and stand ready to make this transition to eliminate the need for our clients to mail paperwork as soon as possible.

Finally, TaxBreak recently announced a separation with one of our resellers National Tax Credit (NTC).  While we wish NTC the best in their endeavors, we want to make it very clear to our partners and clients that we are no longer affiliated with this organization and deeply appreciate your loyalty to TaxBreak.

Thank you again for your time, and the opportunity to serve your business.
As always, please feel free to contact me or any member of the TaxBreak team at anytime should you have any questions, suggestions or concerns.

Warmest regards,

Shannon Scott
